Land Bridge identified a multitude of new opportunities in the renewable energy and construction sectors around the globe especially in the Sub-Saharan Africa, MENA and Central Asian regions. Many developing and underdeveloped countries like Afghanistan have a huge deficiency of infrastructure and power. The potential of growth though exists in abundance however, lack of financial as well as technical capacity and capability are mostly the major obstacles to achieving fast paced progress. This is where Land Bridge Technical Services intends to place itself as a facilitator for the government as well as the private sector of these developing economies. Land Bridge remains enthusiastic about working with the private sector because it offers the highest possibility of taking on and absorbing market risks. We believe in and promote public private partnership opportunities helping develop and implement mutually owned and invested projects which are in some cases supported by donor funding through DFIs as well as private financial institutions.
